1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Payment Tinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use Payment Tinder. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated systems to access or scrape the platform
• Interfere with the proper working of the platform

5. PSP Listings & Content

PSPs are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, pricing, and service descriptions. Payment Tinder reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or our quality standards.

6. Matching & Leads

Payment Tinder uses algorithms and user-provided data to suggest matches between merchants and PSPs. These suggestions are recommendations only and do not guarantee business outcomes. PSPs purchasing lead credits acknowledge that lead quality may vary.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our pricing at any time with prior notice. Failed payments may result in suspension of premium features.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Payment Tinder are the property of Payment Tinder or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
